Trail starts on private property so be respectful. The "lot" does only have about six spaces, but there is definitely enough room to pull off to one side of the road and still allow cars to pass. It takes a small detour (but still really well marked!). Some parked at the winter gate others along the road to the summer trailhead, summer trailhead lot has room for 3-4 cars. If you are reading this and you are leaving your garbage in the woods please do NOT do it again.
